Samantha is a tax specialist with client concentrations in ad-tech, health-tech, e-commerce and SaaS. Her responsibilities include managing and consulting on a wide variety of tax topics including state income tax nexus, federal and state tax credits, equity-based compensation, and qualified small business stock.
Samantha has experience serving many large private and publicly held multi-national, multi-state business entities. Expertise in assisting corporate clients with accounting for income taxes, tax planning and tax compliance.
Samantha is an active member of the Firm's Technology and Emerging Growth Team. She is an active participant in the Firm's Women in Technology events.
She also is Co-Team Leader of FemTech Sector and Co-Team Leader of E-Commerce Sector.
