Ryan has more than ten years of experience in tax planning and compliance issues with a focus on closely-held business and high net worth individuals. He has extensive experience with federal and multi-state tax issues and has represented clients in state and IRS examinations. Ryan is responsible for identifying and resolving tax and business issues and opportunities as well as overseeing the tax compliance on federal and state matters. He is a valuable resource for tax planning for businesses (mainly partnerships and S-Corporations) and individuals. Ryan is the Tax Team Leader of the Firm's Cannabis Services team and a member of the Private Client Service team and Teaching Fellowship Program.
Ryan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He has his Master of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University. Ryan is also the Treasurer of the Farm Crest Acres Association.
