Mark is an auditing professional specializing in the technology and emerging growth industry with client concentrations in digital media services, SaaS, digital currency, blockchain technology, and distributed ledgers. He has extensive experience working with revenue recognition issues, complex equity transactions, stock-based compensation and accounting treatment of digital currencies. Mark is a team leader of Withum's Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and ICO Services Group and liaison to various organizations including Wall Street Blockchain Alliance and Accounting Blockchain Coalition. Mark is an active member of the Firm's Technology and Emerging Growth Services Group and the author of numerous articles and a frequent presenter at workshops and seminars on digital currency and blockchain technology.
Mark is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania and received his BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), Pennsylvania Institue of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Wall Street Blockchain Alliance (WSBA) and Accounting Blockchain Coalition (ABC).
