Manpreet has over 8 years of public accounting experience. He specializes in inbound and outbound entity structure and supply chain planning for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. He also has expertise working within a large multinational corporation’s tax strategy department analyzing implications of proposed and implemented tax laws, and tax implications of debt restructuring. Manpreet received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his J.D. from George Washington University.
