Kathy Beasley is a partner in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. She has more than 20 years of experience representing corporations, individuals, boards and committees in the areas of internal investigations, complex business disputes, compliance, and criminal and civil antitrust. She has tried lawsuits in federal and state court, and before arbitrators, and she has represented clients in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice, the SEC and other governmental authorities. Kathy is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust and Litigation Sections, currently serving in the ABA Antitrust Section as the Chair of the Cartel & Criminal Practice Committee, and previously as Co-Chair of the Compliance and Ethics Committee. Kathy is recognized by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in Antitrust in Texas (2011-2014) and as a Texas Super Lawyer in Antitrust Litigation, Business Litigation, and Criminal Defense: White Collar (2011-2014). She is named one of the Best Lawyers in America for Antitrust Litigation (2013-14). Kathy received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, and her B.A. from Louisiana State University.
