He has advised U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax consequences of their international operations and activities. Josh is proficient in the rules related to controlled foreign corporations, PFICs and foreign disregarded entities. He has advised companies how to structure their affairs to minimize taxes both domestic and foreign.
