Jonathan has over 20 years of specialized State and Local Tax ("SALT") experience for corporate, pass-through and individual clients in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience with state and local tax issues including, income/franchise tax planning and compliance, nexus studies,apportionment studies, RARs, voluntary disclosure agreements and tax exposure mediation, sales and use tax, audit defense and administrative appeals, state and local individual income tax and residency and domicile.
Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Miami University, J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and, and an LL.M in tax from Case Western Reserve University.
