Francois is a Partner in Withum’s Transaction Advisory practice. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions and transaction advisory, advising clients to realize value from middle market transactions across multiple sectors. Francois has extensive experience in buy- and sell-side due diligence, M&A strategy, target screening & selection, and transaction planning & execution.
Prior to joining Withum, Francois led a wide variety of domestic and cross-border projects for private equity and strategic acquirers in Deloitte and KPMG’s Transaction Advisory Practices. He also served in a corporate development role at a private equity sponsored platform company.
He has more than 15 years of professional accounting and advisory experience with the last nine years focusing exclusively on a broad range of M&A Transaction Advisory services.
