Ed is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Iowa, a chartered global management accountant, a certified fraud examiner and is also certified in financial forensics. Ed specializes in the innovation and technology of accounting, auditing and consulting services for both public and private companies in the technology, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, construction, government and service industries.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Ed has an extensive background providing business advisory, auditing, internal control over financial reporting, complex accounting and other consulting services to SEC registrants and private companies. He is also a former Inspection Specialist with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Ed has obtained Certificates in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also the Team Leader of our International Accounting & Auditing Services Group, which includes IFRS Implementation, Convergence & Reporting.
Ed is a graduate of Rider University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is a member of the AICPA, where he formerly served on the Technical Standards Subcommittee and was an Independence and Ethics Joint Trial Board Member.
