David Katz
Principal
David is a leader in all aspects of the delivery of audit and audit-related services to public and private companies in various industries, including Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Distribution and employee benefit plans. He has continued experience interpreting and applying technical accounting and auditing standards, including support on lease accounting, revenue recognition and financial reporting matters. He is also a frequent presenter and author of numerous topics.
David is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York. He has his Master of Business Administration, Finance from Seton Hall University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is also an active member of the NJCPA Career Awareness Program as a presenter and a mentor.
