Brittany Skoda


Brittany is a Managing Director and Global Head of Software Banking at Morgan Stanley. 

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Brittany was at Workday leading investments for their strategic investment arm, Workday Ventures.  She was also a member of the Corporate Strategy team, responsible for developing integrated business strategies. 

She joined Workday after nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs where she was a Senior Technology Investment Banker in San Francisco.  Her GS experience includes time in Leveraged Finance in New York on both the Technology, Media, Telecom Leveraged Finance and Middle Markets Leveraged Finance teams.

Brittany’s banking transaction experience includes leading equity, debt, and M&A transactions for clients including: Amazon, Appdynamics, Alphabet, Atlassian, Blackline, Bill.com, Citrix, Coursera, Cornerstone onDemand, DocuSign, Dropbox, Elastic, Genesys, Getty Images, Google, Intuit, Looker, Medallia, Microsoft, QAD, RingCentral, Sabre, Softbank, Sprint, SuccessFactors, Tableau, Tesla, Toast, Zendesk, VY Capital, ZoomInfo.

Brittany was named one of the Top Women Leaders in SaaS of 2018 by The SaaS Report. 

Passionate about creating opportunities for under-represented groups, Brittany sits on the National Board of Directors for College Spring and is an active member of All Raise.
