Brandon Spanos

Brandon Spanos is the Local Taxpayer Advocate (LTA) for Alaska. He started
with the Taxpayer Advocate Service in September of 2020. Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation. Prior to becoming the LTA in Alaska, Brandon was the Deputy Director for the Alaska Department of Revenue, Tax Division, where he worked for 14 years. Brandon has extensive experience in the administration of Corporate Income Tax, and various excise taxes.
