I have been very fortunate to have worked in the Commercial Finance Industry for over 25 years. During this time I primarily focused on traditional commercial banking and capital markets industries. Having worked for large institutions such as GE Capital, National City Bank and Fifth Third as well as smaller regional institutions, I had the privilege of working with over 500 privately held & publically traded companies.
My clients varied in annual sales size of $10M to $10B and I assisted in sourcing various forms of debt and equity instruments as well as strategic advisory from start-up to succession of ownership.
In late 2015, I decided to shift my focus from traditional commercial banking to assuming a more active role related to operations and commercialization in 5 companies that I have an ownership interest. Some investments include: GSDInnovations, Isovac Products, Legacy Acquisition Corporation, and W. C. Financial.
My passion resides in helping purpose driven companies who are actively doing their part to make the world a better place. Acting as a bridge to technology, I facilitate global humanitarian efforts, international and domestic. Simply put, my companies go to places where others won’t. We tackle difficult problems with innovative solutions while working with local entities to transform problems into projects that assist in advancing local economies.
